Conceptual design of a real estate property or complex involves the integration of layout solutions, architectural forms, style, design, landscaping, landscape, and lighting, with direct reference to stylistic, constructional, engineering, surveying, legal, and other components.

Design and working documentation is a set of specialized sections that form the fundamental basis of any construction project. It includes textual and graphical materials that determine the architectural, functional-technological, structural, and engineering-technical solutions for the construction or reconstruction of capital construction facilities.
We provide consultations during the development of working documentation, project assessment, and construction. We collaborate with specialized third-party companies/contractors to refine our solutions.
We issue documentation according to international standards (ISO/TS).

In other words, we are confident in the correctness of this decision and entrust this work to competent engineering companies that are experts in this field. We monitor the quality of work performed based on our concepts during the full project work, coordination, and construction.

We provide architectural author’s supervision and control to ensure compliance with the adopted decisions at all stages of construction work, to maintain the original investment concept.
